I am the Executive Director of the soon-to-launch Chicago International Arbitration Center, „ChIAC“. Prior to that, I was in-house counsel for approximately 10 years, specializing in litigation and arbitration management. I was also responsible for employment policies and disputes and I conducted internal investigations resulting from alleged ethical violations. I completed the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy in North America, 2023-2024. I hold an LLM in Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine Straus Institute My JD degree was completed at Notre Dame Law School where I spent one year in London studying international law. I graduated with a BA in International Business Administration from the American University of Pars. Last year, I participated in the CDRC Vienna-IBA-VIAC Mediation & Negotiation Competition and spoke on a panel about the benefits of twinning arbitration and mediation as an integrated approach to leverage the strengths of each method to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome for the parties. I am grateful to able to return this year and celebrate CDRC’s 10th Anniversary.
