I am a full-time mediator and arbitrator of commercial disputes; an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law in LLM in American Law Program; Distinguished Fellow, International Academy of Mediators; Diplomate, National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and a Certified International Mediator, International Mediation Institute. Previously, I was an equity partner at Nixon Peabody LLP, a global law firm of approximately 600 lawyers, where I specialized in the litigation of franchise-related disputes.
