Lawyer and independent ADR practitioner in arbitration and mediation. University lecturer in Contractual law, Dispute Resolution, US Business Law. Former regional director at ICC International Court Arbitration – MENA Paris-Dubai. Dania has (20 +) years of mixed experience as a dual qualified attorney in private practice, in-house counseling, and institutional practice. She is specialized in commercial law and has advised clients on a broad range of commercial contentious and non-contentious matters as well as assisted in negotiating complex cross-border transactions in various sectors (pharmaceutical, technology, energy, FMCG, luxury…). She has extensive international experience in advising multinational boards on a wide range of legal and strategic issues. Dania holds a PhD in Contractual Law (University Montpellier I -France), an Executive MBA from INSEAD (2018) and a post-graduate degree in IP and Alternative Dispute Resolution (University of Montreal). She is a member of Arbitral Women and a certified CEDR mediator. She is on the WIPO list of arbitrators and mediators and other global and regional arbitral institutions.
