Evi Avlogiari is an Attorney-at-Law, experienced Mediator, and Mediator Trainer, specializing in negotiation and conflict resolution. She is the Founder, Director, and Lead Trainer of ADR Hellenic Training HUB, where she has trained over 800 mediators in Greece and Cyprus. With a PhD in Bioethics from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Evi has developed and taught pioneering programs on Mediation, Clinical Ethics, Empathy, and Communication Skills for health professionals. She has conducted medical and commercial mediations abroad and is a recognized expert in complex dispute resolution. Evi teaches mediation and negotiation courses for attorneys, business professionals, and healthcare providers, emphasizing interpersonal dynamics in high-stakes negotiations. She is a founding member of the Balkan Association for Dispute Resolution and has been a keynote speaker at major legal and medical forums. Passionate about promoting mediation, she actively designs initiatives to integrate negotiation skills into professional practice.
