Hannah is a mediator, intercultural manager and leadership coach. After heading the International Centre for ADR of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for many years, she served as Deputy Executive Director of UWC International, a global education NGO. Subsequently, she headed “kulturweit” a global exchange programme of the UNESCO Commission funded by the German Foreign Office. Hannah qualified as a lawyer and mediator in Germany, holds a MA in Mediation and Conflict Management and is a CEDR-accredited mediator. She was one of the main drafters of the ICC Mediation Rules, Expertise and Dispute Board Rules and headed the team which ran the ICC Mediation Competition for many years. She served as ICSID conciliator and serves as a mediator for cross-border family mediations, especially for child abduction cases. Hannah teaches mediation at several universities and has spoken at ADR conferences around the world.
