Ilia has over 10 years of experience in professional mediation, conflict resolution, and negotiation. He has intervened in more than 150 disputes and supervised over 1,000 cases across corporate, startup, workplace, community, and family contexts. He currently manages international programmes focused on peace and conflict resolution. In addition, Ilia designs and delivers training courses at leading business schools, teaching at the bachelor, master, and executive MBA levels.
