As a student, Jan participated in 13 international negotiation competitions and experienced a journey from failure to success. As a professional, he participated in 2 and acted as an competition assessor. Jan:

• Has spent some time already delivering negotiation trainings as well as being a negotiation mentor for students.
• Has worked in various communications roles and is now a compliance consultant (whatever that means).
• Enjoys movies, walks in nature.
• Since last couple of years he’s been interested in the development and future of AI.

Also, with some friends, he experimented with setting up AI negotiation platform. Fun fact: he shot some comedy videos while he was at home during covid, which he enjoyed extremely (the making of the videos).
