Mgr. Kateřina Verostová, LL.M. graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc ( Mgr.) and the Faculty of Law of Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main ( LL.M.). Since 2016 she is an independent lawyer registered in the list of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. In her practice she focuses mainly on advising in the field of civil law, especially real estate law, commercial law, European law and out-of-court dispute resolution, especially mediation, as she has been registered in the list of mediators maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic since 2013. She is also listed as an IP mediator. In addition to mediation, her practice includes also other methods of out-of-court dispute resolution and she is an expert in negotiation.
