Her credentials included serving as an approved Open Meetings Mediator for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. In a notable achievement, she successfully advocated for enhanced medical discharge ratings for Army personnel at Fort Bliss, TX. Kathleen’s dedication to professional development is evidenced by her extensive training programs, ranging from 40-Hour Basic Mediation to 24-Hour Advanced Mastery curricula.In academia, Kathleen served as an adjunct training member at Drake University Law School, where she co-taught the 40-Hour Basic Mediation course with Dick Calkins, and she still teaches with him in his Masterclass series.
