Trial attorney and mediator with over sixteen years experience in dispute resolution, Morgan has represented plaintiffs and defendants in an array of domestic and international matters. She holds a Master of Laws in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution and is an accredited mediator in both Europe and the United States. She has trained with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine), CEDR, and the Center for Dispute Resolution (Ken Cloke). She is known for her proactive and creative approach, understanding that every conflict is unique. With a background in litigation and business, Morgan also understands the practical and business aspects of negotiation. A full-time mediator since 2021, Morgan routinely acts as guest lecturer/instructor on mediation and negotiation for students and lawyers. In addition to her own practice she is affiliated with MCLA (Los Angeles) and Mediation & Resolution (France). She is a 2025 Higginbotham Fellow with the American Arbitration Association.
