Previously, Oliver was part of the centre management team and served as the Director of Procurement at an international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) firm. His career also includes various leadership roles overseeing contract & claim management, project management, and supply chain management. His expertise lies in resolving B2B conflicts, leveraging his experience in negotiating complex business disputes as a party to the conflict. This experience grants him a profound understanding of the perspectives, motivations, and pressures that parties face in such scenarios. Oliver holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (German Wirtschaftsingenieur) and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Durham, USA. He operates out of Frankfurt, Germany.
