Polina Nesterenko is a professional specializing in commercial mediation. As a registered mediator in commercial disputes with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), she has experience in resolving complex disputes across various industries, with a particular focus on negotiations involving corporate entities (development firms) and financial institutions (banks, EMIs). In addition to her mediation practice, Polina is a lecturer at the Business School „KROK“ in Kyiv, Ukraine, where she delivers courses on „Alternative Dispute Resolution“ and „Models and Approaches in Mediation.“ She is also an active member of the Law School Tournament Committee of INADR and has had the honor of serving as a judge in internationally recognized mediation competitions (INADR, CDRC etc.).
