Rosalia Panarello is a Jurist, Accredited Mediator & Conflict Resolution Practitioner with the Government of Canada.- She is a certified civil and commercial mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC)/, the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ) and included on the Roster of Mediators of the Québec Ministry of Justice. She is also a Community Mediator at Équijustice in restorative justice issues, and a National Informal Conflict Management Practitioner with Government of Canada. She is a former Associate Legal Officer of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, Treaty Section and is invited as an observer at the UNCITRAL General Assembly and working Group II-Arbitration and Mediation. As a law graduate, she is a former diploma candidate at the Private International Law Programme of The Hague Academy of International Law, and participant and coach in the William C, Vis. Moot Competition. Most recently, she has acted as an expert assessor, and advisor in various International Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration Moot Competitions including Expert Assessor for the IBA-VIAC CDRC Vienna for the last three years.
