Sophie Tkemaladze is an independent practitioner, lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, as well as consultant advising international, public and private organizations on dispute resolution systems and policies. She is also a trainer and coach and has trained hundreds of mediators, judges, lawyers, managers and students in the skills of dispute management and resolution all over the world including Georgia, Ukraine, Iraq, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Fiji. Her mediation practice focuses on commercial, workplace and infrastructure disputes. She also facilitates as a neutral engaged by the European Investment Bank and Asian Development Bank when disputes stem from projects financed by these IFIs. Sophie is a CIArb accredited faculty and is a Member of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC.
